Deliver exceptional experiences to every customer, wherever they are located.
I currently work as a UX designer for a SaaS company. In this role I influence thought, emotion and behaviour to transform business needs, research and user insights into innovative concepts to make useful, friendly software for real people. This role is full of heady processes and interconnected pathways — the beauty is that I get involved (hands-on!) in all aspects of the UX spectrum — product research, strategy, information architecture design, wireframing and prototyping, product development, creating friendly self-serve processes as well as onboarding, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user testing, and more. Lots more! See a snapshot of some of my previous projects below…
User Personas
Pen & Paper Sketching
Information Architecture (IA)

The challenge
Never forget: At the other end of all strategy and metrics and processes and sprints and transactions and technology, there are real people. Allow these people (users) to accomplish something meaningful to them. The challenge is to apply human-centred design in a technology-oriented world; and inject a little personality…
Key takeaways
Software is not just an orchestration of snazzy code and UI, I see my contribution as a compilation of my best intentions and my desire to help others to make tech products more intuitive, more accessible, more useful, more friendly, and more humane. I like to design SaaS products for people, not just ‘users’.
